A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Kronos Application Support in Philadelphia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May require an associate's degree in a related area
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
