Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Kronos Configurator in Duluth.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements from the users
  • Setting up rules
  • Working with scheduling and compliance issues including union and non-union locations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Remote is an option after 3 months with site visit every three weeks
  • 5+ years of configuration knowledge with Kronos V7.0 across all core modules
  • Strong experience working with WFC, Accruals, Attendance, and Attestation modules
  • Experience in implementations and/or upgrades of Kronos
  • Experience with SDM requirements
  • Experience working with WAOT- FSLA calculation configuration
