Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Kronos L2 Support Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Provide Kronos L2 Support
  • Provide tech support via telephone and computer

Required Skills:

  • Ability to train onsite for two weeks
  • Call Center or Help Desk experience dealing with remote users
  • Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance
  • Experience with a Ticketing System such as ServiceNow or Remedy, etc.
  • Understanding of accruals and accruals adjustment
