Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Kronos L2 Support Technician.
Must be able to:
- Provide Kronos L2 Support
- Provide tech support via telephone and computer
Required Skills:
- Ability to train onsite for two weeks
- Call Center or Help Desk experience dealing with remote users
- Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance
- Experience with a Ticketing System such as ServiceNow or Remedy, etc.
- Understanding of accruals and accruals adjustment
- Other requirements as outlined in the job description
