Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Kubernetes DevOps Engineer in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Drawing on deep knowledge of automated provisioning, scaling and recovery of services
  • Leveraging cloud platform products and services to build, deploy, and manage cloud
  • Design and implement our next-generation high availability, scalable cloud architecture

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent and 3 years work experience (or a master's degree)
  • Certification in Kubernetes
  • 5+ years and certification in Linux administration
  • 3+ years engineering and certification in a cloud ( GCP, AWS, Azure) production
  • 3+ years of experience with shell scripting ( BASH or similar)
  • 2+ years experience with Helm and Kubernetes manifests
