Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote L1 Customer Support Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Solve the difficult customer problems that our AI bot was unable to help them with
  • Use voice and written communications to ask insightful questions
  • Generate solutions using your deep product knowledge and our rich knowledge bases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to communicate confidently with tech-savvy customers
  • Familiarity with a range of enterprise software solutions
  • Experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems
  • Customer advocacy, empathy, and keen attention to detail
  • Available to work any monthly-assigned shift
