Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote L2 Customer Support Architect.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth technical support
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to resolve escalated issues
  • Troubleshoot and look for customized resolutions to help customers out

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years as a front-line agent supporting software products
  • Able to solve at least 15 complex tickets per day
  • Can demonstrate an intermediate/advanced understanding of all company-required technologies
  • Ability to learn multiple products across multiple technologies
  • Well versed in current software support practices and tools
