Job Summary
An industry research company is filling a position for a Remote L2 Recruiter in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting qualified candidates
- Determining qualified or not qualified candidates
- Making cold calls as needed on some projects
Position Requirements Include:
- You must be able to commit to a specific work schedule on a quarterly basis
- Must have at least 20-25 hours per week to recruit for projects
- Google Voice, Google Chrome, Google Docs and Microsoft Office programs
- Self-Starter and able to work with little supervision
- Daily communication with the Project Manager
