Job Summary

A data storage company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote L2 Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve Customer experienced file system issues
  • Provide technical expertise in collaboration with Pre Sales Engineers
  • Review product documentation

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to connect with customers face-to-face
  • Minimum 4 yrs. experience with parallel file systems
  • Minimum 4 yrs. in a customer-facing role
  • Minimum 8 yrs. experience in the data storage industry
  • Experience working with NAS protocols: NFS, CIFS, FTP, HTTP, etc.
  • Other requirements as outlined in the job description
