Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote L2 Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing remote 2nd level phone support to onsite field technicians
  • Troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and basic module replacement
  • Conducting preventative maintenance activities on certain products

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Advanced knowledge of retail store technical support
  • CompTIA A+ certification, additional certifications as required
  • Available for after-hours on-call rotation
