An information technology company is seeking a Remote L2 Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing remote 2nd level phone support to onsite field technicians
- Troubleshooting by running basic diagnostics and basic module replacement
- Conducting preventative maintenance activities on certain products
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced knowledge of retail store technical support
- CompTIA A+ certification, additional certifications as required
- Available for after-hours on-call rotation
