Job Summary

A medical technology company is filling a position for a Remote L2 Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Work directly with customers to resolve advanced product issues
  • Utilize his/her advanced IT knowledge of company products and programs to perform problem resolution
  • Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots company products and programs

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel occasionally as needed to client sites and to trade shows (15%, some international travel possible)
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Or at least 3 years’ related experience in a medical imaging organization or IT field
  • Experience supporting and implementing PACS solutions and /or strong clinical background in medical imaging
  • Working knowledge of healthcare standards: IHE, DICOM and HL7
