Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote L3 Support Senior Sustaining Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating and responding to all customer issues escalated by our technical support team
- Providing guidance and detailed documentation to resolve them
- Troubleshooting and reproducing issues in production and non-production environments
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years industry experience in software development
- 1+ years as a L3 support or Sustaining Engineer
- 1+ years of experience working with US-based customer-base
- Experience with scripting languages
- Experience in developing, testing, debugging, and profiling code
- Working knowledge of Java/Ruby (or similar frameworks)
