A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to manage service orders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatches service orders to field personnel within fifteen minutes of entry
• Coordinates estimated time of arrival with technicians and facilities as needed
• Documents changes to orders and assists with inbound customer service calls

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to work effectively in a busy call center environment
• Must have a private workspace free from distractions
• High-speed internet connection required for VoIP communications
