Remote Lab Dispatcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lab Dispatcher to work remotely from 1pm to 9:30pm MST, Friday through Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage lab sample dispatching and logistics
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of samples throughout the process
• Communicate effectively with lab personnel and external partners regarding sample status

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus
• Experience in a dispatch or logistics role preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory operations and procedures is advantageous
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and documentation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
