Job Summary
A large, independent, biopharmaceutical company. is filling a position for a Remote Labeling Performance Senior Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating performance and metrics reports for Labeling key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting Labeling Quality Management process
- Triaging BPM system issues and enhancements to BPM owner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device regulations
- Ability to develop relationships and work well with others in demanding situations with a positive attitude demonstrating tact, diplomacy and respect
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Oral and written communication and presentation skills
