Job Summary
A food services and facilities management company has an open position for a Remote Labor and Employee Relations Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Assist in performing due diligence related to potential acquisition and mergers
- Lead or advise on other labor & employee relations initiatives as required
- Provide leadership and expertise in the development of positive employee relations (PER) programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of labor and employee relations experience
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
- Experience in both represented and non-represented environments
- Experience with high performance work systems, including change strategies
