Job Summary

A company that provides technology and services for government and commercial customers has an open position for a Remote Labor and Employment Senior Counsel.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Advising on labor and employment related aspects of business
• Managing labor and employment related litigation
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial documents and contracts

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with the following: reviewing contracts, identifying risks, real estate transactions, leases, licensing agreements, mergers & acquisitions
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
• Effective interpersonal skills necessary to interact in extremely delicate, sensitive and/or complex situations
