Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Laboratory Informatics Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Operating as primary contact with customer accounts, with a focus on improving economic profitability
  • Driving profitable revenue and closing opportunities within targeted named accounts.
  • Anticipating, identifying and meeting internal and external customer needs and requests

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • 2 to 4 years enterprise software experience with strong knowledge of Laboratory Informatics
  • BS Science / Eng. or higher in Life Sciences, Computer Sciences, or other scientific discipline
