Job Summary

A clinical and scientific staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Laboratory Sample Material Coordinator II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting international shipments of critical reagents
  • Processing incoming orders and clarification of orders with QC Specialists
  • Generating shipping documents

Qualifications Include:

  • Associates Degree or high school diploma with commensurate experience
  • 3 years industrial experience in an activity where coordination and liaison were critical
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics
  • Experience with internal sites and external (Regulatory bodies) international customers
  • Shipping/Logistics experience
  • Familiarity with pick/pack lists
