Job Summary

A real estate investing firm has a current position open for a Remote Land Acquisitions Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Sourcing and building pipeline within assigned region of homebuilders
  • Identifying the owners and sellers of lots in desirable locations within the buy box
  • Working with legal to draft contracts and facilitate the execution of closing on properties

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
  • 10-15 years of direct acquisitions and underwriting of commercial, residential and/or retail properties
  • Minimum of four years of supervisory experience
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and Argus
