Job Summary

A developer of language learning software is seeking a Remote Language Assessment Psychometrician.

Must be able to:

  • Perform all statistical analyses of items, forms and scales
  • Design and analyze data for studies related to assessments
  • Writing technical documentation and presenting results internally

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of experience in psychometrics
  • Degree in educational measurement, psychometrics, statistics, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Item Response Theory (Rasch) and Classical Test Theory
  • Adeptness with statistical software such as Winsteps and R
  • Ability to explain psychometrics methods and concepts to different audiences
