Job Summary
A translation company is seeking a Remote Language Services Senior Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working directly with sophisticated location customers, consulting on solutions and to best meet their needs
- Being a champion for our customers
- Being responsible for multiple translation projects on a daily basis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Direct customer-facing experience managing relationships with enterprise localization clients
- Ability to use data to make decisions that will improve key business metrics
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver in a high-paced environment and under tight timelines
- Ability to be entrepreneurial, persistent, and positive in the face of challenges
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least five years experience in a localization role
