Remote Laotian Interpreter

Job Summary

To support the OnDemand service PropioONE, the Remote Laotian Contract Interpreter will provide consecutive interpretation, adhere to client protocols, and maintain confidentiality while working on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation for various clients
• Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by clients
• Continuously improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge

Required qualifications:

• Updated resume submitted in English at the time of application
• Completion of English Language Proficiency with a rating of 3 or higher on the ILR scale
• Successful completion of a mock oral interpretation session with a passing score
• Completion of Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment with a passing score
• A signed commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and HIPAA compliance
