Job Summary

A dental benefits company has an open position for a Remote Large and Specialty Dental Care Sales Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Engaging in an active, intense, and fun work environment
  • Compiling on-brand responses for large group questionnaires
  • Assisting with Quote proposal ad hoc reporting requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
  • Experience with Customer Operations software
  • 2+ years of Sales Operations/Account Management experience
  • Basic Excel, PowerPoint experience
  • Experience in Project Management software a plus (JIRA, CODA, etc.)
  • Experience in reviewing insights from analytics software (Tableau, Metabase)
