Job Summary
A dental benefits company has an open position for a Remote Large and Specialty Dental Care Sales Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging in an active, intense, and fun work environment
- Compiling on-brand responses for large group questionnaires
- Assisting with Quote proposal ad hoc reporting requests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
- Experience with Customer Operations software
- 2+ years of Sales Operations/Account Management experience
- Basic Excel, PowerPoint experience
- Experience in Project Management software a plus (JIRA, CODA, etc.)
- Experience in reviewing insights from analytics software (Tableau, Metabase)
