Job Summary
A monitoring software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Large Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for achieving churn and growth quotas
- Spending time coaching, counseling and mentoring Customer Success Managers
- Leading your team across a portfolio of assigned accounts
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- 1+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams
- 5+ years of post-sales experience with consistent track record of exceeding retention/churn quotas
- A deep understanding of complex B2B SaaS/Software
- Strong empathy and relationship-building skills, particularly with Enterprise customers
- Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
