Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Large Group Employee Benefits Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and take direction from the Account Executive and other teammates to manage the growth of a designated book of business
  • Coordinate procedures to generate benefit proposals, report quotes, submit new insurance applications, process renewals, and implement employer plan changes
  • Assist clients and coordinate with teammates to address billing, claims, service, enrollment, eligibility and plan design issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in employee benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse individuals — teammates and clients alike
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid proficiency with high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Have or be willing to get a Michigan insurance license
