Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Large Group Employee Benefits Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate and take direction from the Account Executive and other teammates to manage the growth of a designated book of business
- Coordinate procedures to generate benefit proposals, report quotes, submit new insurance applications, process renewals, and implement employer plan changes
- Assist clients and coordinate with teammates to address billing, claims, service, enrollment, eligibility and plan design issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in employee benefits
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse individuals — teammates and clients alike
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Solid proficiency with high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Have or be willing to get a Michigan insurance license
