Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Sourcing, screening, and closing high-quality sales and technical candidates within the LATAM market
- Managing candidates through the interview process
- Developing proactive recruitment strategies including talent pools and appropriate networks
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluency in Spanish - excellent verbal and written communication required
- 3+ years recruitment experience in the LATAM market in a fast-paced, dynamic high-tech organization
- Extensive knowledge of the software solutions, storage, or IoT and services industries
- Experience in using social media to recruit; LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Extremely detail oriented and thorough with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
