Job Summary

A clinical research organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Late Phase Services Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing strategic direction to sides of Real World Project Managers and Project Directors
• Ensuring projects are being managed within the contracted schedule and budget
• Managing resource to ensure profitability

Required Skills:

• Substantial track record of success within peri- and post-approval project management
• Experience in motivating and leading teams globally
