A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Latin America Software Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategy for new business and retention
- Lead a team of Account Executives
- Drive a performance culture within the sales team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying software sales position, preferably in Enterprise SaaS environment
- 3+ years of management experience in sales
- Proven track record of executing against aggressive growth strategies
- Experience developing an international business unit
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
