Job Summary

A non-profit Latinx-led social enterprise company is in need of a Remote Latinx Digital Community Organizer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with individuals and leaders in the movement
  • Participating in a wide variety of events related to Latinx culture and the Latinx progressive movement
  • Leveraging traditional media platforms (TV, radio, etc.) to complement and drive digital engagement

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel occasionally travel once every 2-3 months
  • College degree with no experience or
  • 4 years full-time work experience
  • Committed to and deeply involved with the Latinx progressive movement in Arizona
  • Understands the interests of and issues facing the U.S.-based Latinx community
  • Has developed compelling content, especially video, for campaigns on: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, or TikTok
