Remote Launch Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Advisor to lead the transition of Premier Agents into their Preferred Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with Premier Agent partners professionally and skillfully
• Conduct sales presentations via Zoom, including product demonstrations and consultative recommendations
• Onboard and provide initial training to new partners, ensuring successful transition and compliance with program requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or partner-facing support experience, preferably in enterprise-level real estate
• Experience in onboarding, training, or enrolling new customers is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred
• College degree is preferred
