Remote Launch Engineer

Job Summary

A company that provides internet payment solutions to businesses needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Launch Engineer.

Must be able to:

• Build out implementation timeline and milestone dates to ensure a merchant’s launch is always on track
• Provide technical leadership on implementation strategy and be the merchant’s main point of contact to address any questions or concerns
• Own a merchant’s launch end-to-end from the time they commit to company until they are fully launched and transition to our Customer Success team

Required Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience in a coding role
• Coding bootcamp graduate
• Proficient in computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
