Job Summary

A biotechnology company is in need of a Remote LCMS Instruments Technical Phone Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing phone support in problem solving and technical support for our customers
  • Assisting in providing additional sales support for the LC/LCMS and related products and solutions
  • Using your knowledge/expertise to deliver quality and timely responses to our customer requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel 25% of the Time
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology or equivalent
  • Logical troubleshooting skills and strong software knowledge
  • 5+ years relevant experience with LC or LCMS technologies
