Job Summary

A non-profit psychotherapy and training center dedicated to fostering personal growth free of traditional gender, sexual orientation, and cultural biases is seeking a Remote LCSW LMHC or LMFT Licensed Clinical Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serving as a licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor to staff therapists and/or advanced clinical interns
• Familiarizing and abiding by all company policies and procedures
• Supervising at least 2 clinical staff members (more if schedule allows)

Qualifications for this position include:

• Master's Degree
• Licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Demonstrated record of supervisory clinical experience
• Understanding and having personally worked with clinical issues of the LGBTQ+ and gender non-conforming populations
• Ability to recognize the importance supervisee’s professional demeanor and attention to clinical record keeping
• Ability to supervise at least 2 clinical staff members
