Remote Lead Accountant
Job Summary
A for-profit crowdfunding technology company is in need of a Remote Lead Accountant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading accounting team in the month-end close process
- Managing global consolidation and intercompany expense management
- Reporting and account analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 6+ years corporate accounting experience, preferably mix of public and industry experience
- Experience with system implementations
- Experience with an ERP system and experience with NetSuite a plus
- Strong experience and knowledge in U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced MS Excel skills
