*Description*

You will review management reports and analysis utilizing our streamlined, web-based tools and procedures for a small group of our dynamic, small business customers.

You will supervise the team processing transactions using our streamlined, web-based tools and procedures for our dynamic, small business customers.

We are looking for experienced professionals who are comfortable interacting and providing accounting and business advice to small business owners. Candidates should be very comfortable using the latest technologies and have an eye for continuous process improvement.

*Duties*

- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial results over the phone or via web-conferencing tools utilizing financial statements and other analytical tools to drive the discussion and recommendations. Add value to customers by identifying business risks and suggesting mitigating actions.
- Review and approve monthly closing reports, journal entries, and reconciliations generated by the team before publishing to the customer.
- Provide real-time support for multiple customers as the primary point-of-contact. Delegate appropriate tasks to your teams while ensuring timely answers to our customers. Our customers will look to you as their "lead" accountant.
- Manage the team members who process daily transactions for bank and credit card accounts by matching transactions to supporting documentation, coding the transaction to the proper general ledger account, and filing supporting documentation using our online solutions. Assist as needed.
- Develop and refine procedures that maximize customer satisfaction, accuracy, and timeliness utilizing scalable web-based solutions.
- Must be able to work effectively from your home office without distraction, including phone and video chat.

*Qualifications*

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experienced (2-5 years) corporate accountant or public accountant
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
