Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Lead Agile Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing coaching and training at the Program and team levels in an emerging Agile environment
  • Assessing the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices
  • Supporting the Organization Agile transformation and sustainment needs

Qualifications Include:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of Agile Coach experience or 2 or more years of product leadership experience
  • Be fluent with software development methodologies and practices (XP, Scrum, Lean)
  • Expertise in continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tooling to enable the teams to delivery more value
  • Consulting and facilitation skills in leading and training product teams
  • Ability to influence and mentor senior leadership on agile mindset and practices
