Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company is in need of a Remote Lead Agile Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating tools and resources that will demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies
  • Leveraging feedback loops to ensure they are providing guides that push beyond theory
  • Organizing and leading in the removal of enterprise level impediments to transformation

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience in agile coaching/mentoring role, change management experience
  • Agile industry certifications
  • Deep understanding of agile development processes and methodology
  • Experience implementing Agile in different cultures and environments
