Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Lead Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing leadership, support and mentorship for the team
- Assisting with support and coordination of day to day activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Epic ambulatory applications in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for applications supported by the ambulatory team
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification
