Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Application Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Solve complex technical challenges
  • Engage with prospects and clients in a way that leaves them feeling appreciated and valued
  • Obtain a deep understanding of company's technology

Qualifications Include:

  • Articulate company value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Linux file system
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL for query optimization
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect or Help Desk/Support Engineer
  • Familiar with and have experience with common BI and data exploration tools
