Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Backend Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Own the core backend technology that serves to facilitate Real Estate Appraisal workflows
  • Lead the development of highly available API services
  • Work with technologies including Golang, Kubernetes, GCP, GRPC, thrift, Bazel/gazelle, etc

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 6 years
  • Minimum 2+ years experience writing Golang
  • Strong Knowledge of service oriented architectures and microservices
  • Experience in a team/technical lead role
  • Strong Knowledge of data schema management and best practices
  • Strong Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes
