Job Summary
A customer engagement software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Business Operations Analyst in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Lead discussions with the business to analyze and define processes, including pain points, key gaps, metrics and areas of opportunity
- Work closely with leadership to understand the business and critical processes including GTM sales strategy, renewals, etc
- Execute on continuous process improvements through metrics and reporting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Have 4+ years of experience in a business operations or business analyst role
- Have fluent Salesforce experience; SFDC Admin (ADM201) Certification preferred
- Have demonstrated project and/or program management experience
- Have excellent working knowledge of SaaS analytics across finance, sales & customer success
- Have experience in business process improvement, including gathering and documenting business requirements
