Job Summary
A telecommunication systems and software company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Business System Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and leading initiatives and programs to scale the organization and its operations for future growth
- Developing and fostering relationships for key business leaders at the program sponsor and executive level
- Partnering with business and IT leadership to align with and deliver plans, strategies, and annual goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10-15 years of experience in implementing Supply Planning/Demand Planning solutions in the areas of Supply chain
- Exposure to Forecast tuning, Demand Sensing, Constraint Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Global Order Promising
- Hands-on experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations in cloud or on-premises
- Expertise with at least one of Planning tool such as Kinaxis, O9, Oracle, SAP, E2Open etc
- Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management & excellent communication skills
