  • 100% remote until Spring 2021; ability to telecommute 2-3 days a week thereafter
  • 8+ years of hands-on development experience
  • 5+ years of recent (within 3 years) C++ coding experience
  • Technical leadership experience leading Developers
  • Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall
