Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Captain to manage performance and training within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example and utilize performance tools to enhance field success
• Manage performance metrics and conduct weekly meetings with team members
• Perform installations and track progress while coaching and motivating team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Captain role
• Must meet specified performance metrics over a 90-day period
• Ability to multitask and create clear, attainable goals
• Accountability for performance and ability to devise action plans for improvement
• Pro-U Trainer certification preferred but not required
