Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Clinical Documentation Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing EMRs to find support for suspected HCCs
  • Leading a team of up to 8 CDSs
  • Identifying medical records requests from BB, need for supporting documentation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short-and long-range goals
  • Ease and expertise working with multiple technical systems
  • At least 6 months experience as a CDS
  • Proven experience and ability to build relationships with Providers
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in accurate and specific documentation
