Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Cloud Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing compute solutions derived from architecture standards
  • Performing advanced configuration and troubleshooting Cloud based systems
  • Following or influencing change within the Team’s SDLC practices & GitOps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience with Configuration Management/Deploy Automation tools
  • Experience in At least one programing language
  • Some experience in Capacity Planning
  • Linux experience with emphasis on scripting and automation
  • Working knowledge of security practices and tools (CIS hardening, best practices)
