Job Summary

A consulting firm is seeking a Remote Lead Cloud Operations Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust systems for our clients
  • Building resilient infrastructure and optimizing our operational support processes
  • Building in redundancy, implementing monitoring tools, and automating wherever possible

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience with systems engineering, DevOps, or Agile development
  • 5+ years of experience in customer facing operations, including Service Desk, Infrastructure, Data Center, or NOC
  • 3+ years of experience working within an AWS or cloud environment
  • Experience with troubleshooting Linux, UNIX, networking, scripting, automation, systems administration functions
  • Experience with creating scripts in Bash and Python to automate tasks
  • HS Diploma or GED
