Job Summary
A healthcare services company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating fitness and nutrition goals for clients, providing explanations and actionable steps for each phase of their transformation
- Interacting with clients through a variety of communication channels (text, phone, and email)
- Participating in activities/services that seek to exceed customer expectations, including incentive-based programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working in a commission-based environment
- A persuasive, energetic, and professional communicator, via both phone and text
- Manages time effectively with minimal direct supervision
- Proven ability to lead others in productive conversations
- Over 2 years of personal training or coaching experience
