A company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Community and Social Media Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing social strategy to increase key metrics surrounding engagement, sentiment, and growth
- Identifying relevant social trends to join in and rapidly develop timely content surrounding these trends
- Creating detailed reports on KPIs and social performance to show progress toward function goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fluency in English with A+ communication and copywriting skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in community and or social media management at a consumer-facing brand
- Experience in working with consumer-facing applications/products
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social networks, especially Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
