Job Summary
A world energy leader is filling a position for a Remote Lead Compensation Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the US L&E union negotiations team by providing the required market data
- Supporting the consolidation of the Other Salaried compensation strategy for US and other countries as required
- Supporting the implementation of the Total Rewards plans for Hourly/ Other Salaried roles in the US
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Total Rewards or HR
- At least 4 years of direct experience in compensation and benefits or HR client management
- 1+ year of working in a Union environment
- Knowledge of compensation practices either as a technical expert or through experience by support a client group
- Knowledge of relevant survey sources for Hourly/ Other Salaried positions in US and other countries
- Lean working knowledge and experience
